Warehouse Associate – 3rd Shift (Ashland)

Location: Ashland, OH, USA

Shift: Shift 3 GOJO

This position is accountable for performing duties related to the loading and unloading of trucks; conveying materials to and from storage and designated work sites; and using radio frequency (RF) inventory control software to process orders/materials.

• Ensure availability of required components and supplies.
• Verify part numbers, order numbers, batch numbers, purchase order numbers, and quantities to ensure inventory accuracy for applicable assignments.
• Process paperwork accurately according to established current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
• Load and unload trucks and racks.
• Use radio frequency (RF) inventory software to: process transfer orders; receive materials against purchase orders; locate and retrieve materials from storage locations.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Locate inventory.
• Follow established safety procedures and report any safety concerns immediately.
• Perform visual quality checks on inventory.
• Assist with orientation and training of new employees.
• Serve as a backup to other members of the team.
• Process "on hold" or scrap materials according to procedure.
• Perform or assist with cycle count activity as needed.
• Operate powered industrial transportation (PIT) equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and training.
• Perform battery changes for department powered industrial transportation equipment.

No previous experience required. Proficiency can be obtained through on-the-job training.

Direct Manufacturing/Distribution – 100% On-Site

Travel between campus locations in Northeast Ohio as needed.

The starting pay rate for this role is $19.40 per hour. In addition to base pay, all GOJO team members are bonus eligible. The comprehensive benefits include 401(k) match, parental leave, and onsite well‑being care.
