CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team on the 2nd shift, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. This is a direct hire position located in Hayesville, OH. You will be responsible for operating CNC Doosan machines and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards.

• Operate CNC Doosan machines and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Perform quality checks and stay vigilant for preventative quality measures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring cleanliness at the end of each shift.
• Demonstrate flexibility in job assignments as workflow demands.
• Use crane hoists to move products from staging areas to machines and back to the WIP area.
• Input programs into machines as necessary and perform changeovers for tooling adjustments.
• Interpret drawing dimensions, quality specifications, and other critical features accurately.
• Immediately report machine maintenance or performance issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.
• Transport WIP to other areas of the shop using a cart or walk-behind lift as required.
• Perform additional responsibilities to accommodate workflow changes.

• Previous CNC operations experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in quality inspection and the ability to read a tape measure.
• Capability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with minor program edits.
• Understanding of G+M code.

• Experience with CNC set-ups is a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Ashland, OH.

The pay range for this position is $62004.00 - $62004.00/yr. Overtime available Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance HSA/FSA Life & AD&D Insurance 401(k) Matching EAP

This is a fully onsite position in Ashland, OH.
