Driver PRN | As Needed Pay Rate $12/hr to $13.80/hr Based on Experience

The Driver supports our mission and values by performing daily duties of resident transportation and vehicle care, per job standards, as directed by the Director of Housing in accordance with prescribed procedures and policies of the facility and Federal, State and local authorities, to ensure that quality nursing services are provided at all times

• Respect and show kindness to all residents
• Assure that vehicles are free of hazardous debris
• Protect and maintain confidentiality of residents' information and rights
• Maintain the standard of nursing care and follow facility policies and procedures
• Report all pertinent information to the Director of Housing and appropriate support staff
• Protect and maintain all work areas in accordance with facility safety policies
• Perform daily tasks in accordance with infection control and standard precaution policies and procedures
• Follow policies and procedures related to body mechanics
• Follow policies and procedures related to positioning, transfers, and mobility
• Ambulate residents in accordance with individual plans of care
• Schedule medical appointments
• Assist residents with toileting when out on appointments
• Dress in accordance with facility dress code policy
• Participate in facility committees, giving input
• Perform duties assigned by supervisor during down time
• Clean vehicles inside and out as needed
• Gas vehicles as needed
• Perform oil changes at service centers as needed
• Perform monthly safety checks on all vehicles
• Clean transportation wheelchairs and layback chair monthly

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Current and valid Ohio State Driver's License
