Job Description
* Assist other members of the dish room team clearing trays and plates of food from the tray accumulator.
* Assist with washing pots and pans.
* Puts pans and utensils away in the kitchen including clean-up of the area.
* Position works alone in area for Late Night Dining, Sunday - Thursday 8:00 p.m.
-12:30 a.m.
* Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
* Dependable.
* Self-starter.
* Able to follow instructions.
* Work with minimal supervision if necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
* High School graduate or equivalent.
Physical Demands
* Bending and standing for long periods of time.
* Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
* Ability to work alone.
* Tolerance to extreme heat when working in and around kitchen environment.
