About the Role
Farm & Home Hardware is seeking a Garden Center Associate to join our team in Ashland, Wellington & Wakeman, OH. As a Garden Center Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of plants and gardening products while providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

- Maintain the appearance of the garden center by watering plants, arranging displays, and keeping the area clean
- Provide expert advice on plant care, pest control, and landscaping
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking products
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Knowledge of plants, gardening, and outdoor living products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- This is a seasonal position
