Farm & Home Hardware is seeking a Garden Center Associate to join our team in Ashland, Wellington & Wakeman, OH. As a Garden Center Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of plants and gardening products while providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

• Assist customers in selecting the right plants, gardening tools, and outdoor decor
• Maintain the appearance of the garden center by watering plants, arranging displays, and keeping the area clean
• Provide expert advice on plant care, pest control, and landscaping
• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
• Assist with inventory management and restocking products

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Knowledge of plants, gardening, and outdoor living products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• This is a seasonal position
