• Greet customers
• Run the register and perform cashier duties
• Make purchase suggestions
• Work with the food program
• Help maintain store appearance inside and out
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Interact with many customers daily while accomplishing daily tasks around the store

• Strong selling skills and ability to provide excellent customer care
• Effective communication and friendly conversation
• Ability to perform at a quick pace while having fun
• Team player to accomplish daily goals
• Problem-solving ability and initiative to offer suggestions
• Retail and customer service experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in career
• Willingness to learn and have fun

• Stand and/or walk up to 8 hours per shift
• Lifting and/or carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; eye‑hand coordination required; may require climbing a ladder to retrieve materials or place and remove signs

Hiring Range: $12.00 to $12.50
