Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Installation: Install residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, and piping, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on installations to ensure adherence to company standards and customer expectations.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of work performed and recommendations for system improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and team members to complete installations efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Efficiency: Complete installations within the scheduled time frame
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential plumbing installation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
