Wayne Door is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team in Ashland as an Installer Helper
. No experience? No problem. If you show up, work hard, and want to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

You’ll work side-by-side with experienced technicians on real job sites, helping install and service garage doors, entry doors, and more.

• Assist with installations, repairs, and service calls
• Load/unload materials and keep jobs moving
• Set up tools, prep work areas, and clean up after the job
• Hold and position materials during installs
• Learn how to safely use tools and equipment
• Be part of a team that gets the job done right
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Comfortable working with your hands
• Team-first attitude
• Valid driver’s license is a plus

• Active, hands-on work (lifting, moving, working on your feet)
• Indoors and outdoors depending on the project
• Fast-paced days that go by quick
• Real teamwork — not just talk

We take safety seriously. You’ll be trained to:

• Follow proper safety procedures
• Wear required PPE
• Recognize and avoid hazards on job sites
