Maintenance Technician - 2nd & 3rd Shift

Pay Range: $29.24 – $41.30 per hour (based on skills & experience).
Overtime: Daily, weekend, and holiday premiums.

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
• Working closely with production and other maintenance team members
• Continuously expanding technical skills through paid training and advancement programs

Required:

• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multi‑craft skills
• Must be available to work all shifts (shift assigned at hire)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred (not required):

• Technical degree or certification (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, etc.)
• Experience in corrugated packaging, printing, converting, or manufacturing
• Experience with boilers and/or steam systems
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting

• Competitive hourly pay: $29.24 – $41.30
• 1.5x pay over 8 hours and over 40 hours/week

• Starting salary: $29.24 – $41.30 per hour + shift differential
• Bonus:
  Annual – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
• Paid Vacation: two weeks per calendar year, pro‑rated in the initial year of hire
