20 hours per week – Monday‑Friday 4 hours/day

As a Housing Specialist, you'll work directly with individuals and families experiencing housing instability, helping them navigate resources, overcome barriers, and achieve long‑term housing stability. - Provide housing‑focused case management services to individuals and families
- Assist clients in locating and maintaining safe, affordable housing
- Conduct housing assessments and develop individualized housing goals
- Coordinate with landlords, housing authorities, courts, and community agencies
- Connect clients to community resources and support services
- Advocate on behalf of clients to reduce barriers to housing stability
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Participate in community housing initiatives and collaborative projects
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in HMIS and other required systems
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support
- Attend team meetings and collaborate with agency staff to ensure quality services
- Experience working in housing services, case management, social services, or community-based programs
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients, landlords, and community partners
- Knowledge of community resources and housing systems preferred
- Strong commitment to client advocacy and ethical practice
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, housing instability, mental health, or substance use concerns
- Associate degree with relevant experience
- High School Diploma/GED with significant related experience
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance
- Ability to travel locally throughout the community
- Successful completion of background check, driving record check, and drug screening
- Mileage reimbursement
