GOJO Industries in Ashland, OH is seeking a Shift Team Leader for 1st shift to coordinate order processing, receiving, staging and shipping within a 100% on-site distribution setting. You will lead hourly warehouse staff, monitor schedules and performance, and ensure adherence to cGMP/GWP practices.
The role requires a high school diploma with 1–2 years in a team-based environment, plus experience in Shipping/Receiving or warehouse operations. Travel between Northeast Ohio campuses is expected.
