We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales department. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven ability to drive results. Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize dealership performance.
  • Oversee daily operations of the sales department to ensure efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage inventory levels and collaborate with other departments to ensure vehicle availability.
  • Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and state regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and manufacturer representatives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to uphold Butler Ford’s high standards of professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of automotive sales management experience, preferably in an Acura or similar dealership.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and dealership management software (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK).
  • Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
