Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Oregon dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Current DEA, CPR, and NPI (or ability to obtain)
Loan Repayment Opportunity
This practice qualifies for loan repayment programs administered through the Oregon Office of Rural Health (ORH) and the National Health Service Corps (NHSC). Qualified providers may be eligible for up to $150,000 in student loan repayment.
