We're seeking an Associate Brand Manager to help bring our brands to life through successful product launches, portfolio planning, and commercial execution. Working closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams, you'll support brand strategy, analyze business performance, and help guide products throughout their lifecycle.

This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, detail‑oriented marketer who is passionate about building brands and delivering products that delight consumers.

What You’ll Do Core Responsibilities Brand & Product Strategy
  • Support execution of brand strategies, positioning, and product plans across a portfolio of owned and licensed IP.
  • Assist with product portfolio planning and business case development for new product opportunities.
  • Help maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent execution across products, packaging, marketing, and digital assets.
  • Draft packaging briefs and refine packaging copy, callouts, and product naming, ensuring compliance with licensor style where appropriate.
  • Help prepare retailer sales materials and sell‑in decks for major accounts.
  • Create creative briefs and review marketing material to ensure it aligns with brand foundations
  • Maintain a master calendar of brand activities and deliverables, flagging risks to timelines.
  • Support licensing activities as needed.
Cross‑Functional Product Leadership
  • Coordinate cross‑functional activities to support on‑time product launches.
  • Partner with Product Development, Creative, Packaging, Marketing, Sales, E‑commerce, and Operations to execute launch plans.
  • Track project timelines for cross‑functional initiatives and communicate status to key stakeholders, flagging risks early.
  • Own meeting notes and recaps across brand and cross‑functional meetings, ensuring decisions and action items are clearly documented and followed up on.
  • Analyze sales, SKU performance, and forecasting data to support business decisions.
  • Assist with pricing analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Research consumer trends, competitive activity, conduct store checks, and capture retailer feedback.
  • Prepare analyses and recommendations to support product and marketing decisions.
Product Lifecycle & Go‑to‑Market Support
  • Support go‑to‑market activities, including product positioning, launch coordination, and merchandising initiatives.
  • Assist with portfolio reviews by analyzing product performance and supporting lifecycle decisions.
What You Bring Must‑Haves
  • Strong analytical, financial, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent project management and communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Experience in the toy, educational products, consumer products, or CPG industry.
  • Experience supporting licensed brands or intellectual property.
  • Exposure to financial planning, forecasting, or P&L management.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Brand Management, or related field.
  • 1‑3 years of experience in brand management, product management, consumer products, merchandising, or related business functions.
