Veterinary Practice Manager

Veterinary experience is valuable, but great leadership comes from many places. Whether you've led teams in veterinary medicine, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or another service-focused environment, we're looking for someone who knows how to build trust, solve problems, and bring out the best in people.

We're a growing small animal practice with ambitious goals and a team that genuinely cares about each other, our patients, and our clients. As Practice Manager, you won't simply maintain the business. You'll help guide what's next. Working alongside a supportive owner, you'll have the opportunity to strengthen culture, develop leaders, improve operations, and make a lasting impact on the hospital's future.

• Coaching and developing people
• Building strong, engaged teams

• Creating exceptional client experiences
• Solving problems and leading from the floor
• Seeing the direct impact of your leadership

• 3+ years of leadership, management, or operations experience
• Proven success in leading teams and driving results
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills
• Veterinary management experience preferred, not required
• Leaders from healthcare, hospitality, retail, customer service, or other service-focused industries are encouraged to apply

CVPM is a plus, but we're happy to support the right candidate in pursuing certification and professional development.
