As a Body Shop Technician at Butler Ford, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to delivering high-quality automotive repair and restoration services. We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in collision repair, frame straightening, and refinishing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision and a commitment to ensuring vehicles are restored to their original condition.

Perform skilled and efficient collision repair work, including frame straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement.

Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles and provide accurate estimates for repair costs.

Work collaboratively with the team to meet repair deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.

Utilize industry-standard tools and equipment to complete repair and restoration tasks.

Stay updated on industry trends, repair techniques, and product knowledge.

Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician with a focus on collision repair.

Strong knowledge of frame straightening, dent repair, and refinishing techniques.

Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and work orders.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience as a Body Shop Technician.

Certification in collision repair or related field is a plus, but not required.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
