Bookkeeper

Our client, is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $52000 - $83200

• Record financial transactions accurately and timely
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and other balance sheet accounts
• Assist with month-end close processes
• Process vendor invoices and payments in accordance with company approval processes

• 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting support, or related experience
• Experience with Quick Books or similar accounting software
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
