We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for handling bookkeeping and payroll preparation for multiple clients. Experience in small business accounting is required.

* Responsibilities:**
- Prepare payroll from info provided from clients
- Make payroll tax payments for clients as needed
- Perform data entry into accounting software from client records
- Prepare and record general ledger entries
- Prepare and analyze accounting reports
- Review others' entries into accounting software for accuracy
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
- Report analysis and findings to management team

* Qualifications:**
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- Being detail-oriented is a MUST
- Quickbooks experience is a must
- Experience with Ultra Tax is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Great attitude and eagerness to learn!!
