PositionSummary
JRP is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative and operational support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This position plays a critical role in improving organizational efficiency by managing multiple priorities, coordinating projects, maintaining documentation, and supporting both business and executive-level initiatives.
This role extends beyond traditional administrative responsibilities and requires a professional who can effectively balance competing priorities, anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and manage a wide variety of tasks involving both business operations and executive support.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, technologically proficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Competitive salary: $60,000-$75,000 based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct administrative and executive support to the CFO.
- Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Review, organize, and maintain contracts, permits, licenses, and other business documentation.
- Research licensing requirements for new markets and assist with business license renewals and regulatory filings.
- Support environmental compliance initiatives, including documentation related to storage tanks and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the review and organization of customer, vendor, and business contracts.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure projects, initiatives, and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Identify opportunities to improve organization, productivity, and administrative processes.
- Proactively anticipate executive needs and provide support as priorities evolve.
- Perform additional administrative, operational, and project-based responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
