This is a full‑time, on‑site role as an Inside Sales and Estimator based in Ashland, VA. The responsibilities include working closely with clients to provide excellent customer service, managing inquiries, and creating detailed quotes for custom millwork and commercial equipment projects. The role involves evaluating project specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and working to build lasting client relationships. Additionally, the position will involve collaboration with internal teams to support business development efforts and ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Customer Service, Communication, and building strong client relationships.
- Experience in Sales and Business Development, including identifying opportunities and fostering client accounts.
- Strong expertise in Project Estimation, including analyzing project requirements and preparing accurate cost estimates.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a problem‑solving mindset.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project estimation software) is a plus.
- Prior experience or knowledge of millwork, commercial equipment, or construction industries is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
