VALiNTRYis seeking a skilled and dependable
Construction On-Site Superintendent to lead oursolar energy construction projects from groundbreaking to completion.
In this role, you’ll be the on-site leader ensuring every project runs smoothly — on schedule, within budget, and up to the highest quality standards.
Location:
Ashland, VA
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year. However, if you possess additional valuable skill sets that could benefit the enterprise, you may be eligible for higher compensation. We encourage strong technical candidates to apply without hesitation.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee all on-site construction operations — subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control.
- Ensure full compliance with project specs, safety standards, and building codes.
- Track progress, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with project management.
- Maintain detailed records: daily logs, reports, and change orders.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers for smooth delivery.
- Lead and mentor the on-site team, fostering safety and accountability.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and control material and labor costs.
- Proven experience as aConstruction Superintendentor similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Electrical Licenseis a strong plus.
- Familiar with blueprints, technical drawings, and safety protocols (OSHA certification preferred).
- Experience insolar or renewable energy construction highly valued.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel to project sites.
