Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. This role involves a variety of construction tasks including concrete work, general labor, and heavy lifting. The ideal candidate will work closely with machine operators and assist in the production process, ensuring a clean and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction labor duties including concrete work and general labor tasks.
• Assist machine operators in the production process.
• Engage in heavy lifting as required by the job.
• Use hand and power tools for various tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction labor.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry and landscaping.
• Familiarity with using a tape measure.
• Prior experience in machine operating is a plus.

Work Environment

The work environment involves working with construction materials and equipment. You will be part of a team that values safety and efficiency, with a consistent work schedule. Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:00PM with tons of opportunity for overtime. On average, working 50 hour work weeks.

This is a contract position based out of Ashland, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
