We are looking for a highly motivated Experienced Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of stable employment in Automotive Finance with a proven track record of success. • Two years+ of Automotive Finance Experience (Required)
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Well-versed in title laws and the registration process
• Professional personal appearance and exceptional verbal/written communication skills
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Contract new business, sell Finance products, and close deals
• Generate finance income on all sold customers
• Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions
• Contract or collect all money at closing
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
  
  Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
• Solicit extended warranty sales
• Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.

• Earning potential of $125,000 - $175,000++
