Finance Manager – Experienced

Sheehy Ford of Ashland is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our automotive finance team. The role requires a strong background in automotive finance and a proven ability to structure deals for maximum profitability.

• Contract new business, sell finance products, and close deals
• Generate finance income on all sold customers
• Check and verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions
• Contract or collect all money at closing
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
• Solicit extended warranty sales
• Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.

• Two years or more of stable employment in Automotive Finance (required)
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Well-versed in title laws and the registration process
• Professional personal appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
• Valid driver’s license

• Earning potential of $125,000 - $175,000 +.
