James River Petroleum is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team in Ashland, VA. This role manages customer payments, invoices, and aging to support timely cash flow and accurate records.
You will work with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies, assist with month-end close, and produce aging reports. A high school diploma is required; an Associate’s degree and 1–3 years AR experience preferred.
