Description
Intensive In-home Counselor QMHP-C, Full-time s role provides intensive in‑home services to clients in the greater Richmond area, including the city of Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Petersburg, Hanover and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one mental health counseling in clients’ homes.
- Work with family systems and children/adolescents as needed.
- Case manage to ensure clients’ basic needs are met.
- Develop and complete individualized service plans.
- Document and submit quarterly reports and progress notes for each session.
- Manage authorization of services and provide related information.
- Attend regular supervision and team meetings.
- Maintain communication with clinical supervisor and team.
• Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
• Registered as a QMHP-C with the Department of Health Professions.
• Experience or eligibility for LPC or LCSW licensure (leadership or supervision experience acceptable).
