Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. Monday – Friday with flexible schedules and a $1,500 retention bonus.
You will assess residents, develop and document care plans, provide nutrition education to residents, families and staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure CMS and state compliance, and provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
