We are currently seeking a qualified Human Resources Generalist to join our esteemed team. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, with a focus on supporting organizational goals through effective human capital management.

• Administer the full cycle of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Manage and maintain accurate employee records ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
• Support performance management processes, including facilitation of appraisals and development programs.
• Provide guidance and counsel to employees and management on HR policies and employee relations matters.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values.
• Stay abreast of relevant employment legislation and best practices to ensure organizational compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably within the renewable energy or related sectors.
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
