Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of security system issues
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex service calls
- Support access control, video surveillance, and integrated security systems
- Maintain accurate and detailed service documentation
- Ensure high first-time resolution rates and minimal system downtime
- Provide professional customer communication and support
- Assist and support other technicians as needed
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 Years of Experience working in similar technical role
- Advanced experience with electronic security systems
- Preferred Platform Experience

- Experience supporting multi-platform access control and video systems
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and system integration
- Ability to work independently and manage complex service calls
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Associates degree
- Industry certification(s)
- Basic computer skills, strong written and verbal communication, strong sense of customer service
- Experience using standard electrical test equipment or specialty test equipment used with network systems, AV equipment, Healthcare systems, or Security equipment
