House Cleaner – Molly Maid USA
Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $19.00/hr
Location:
Ashland, VA, 23005
Commission‑style W‑2 position: earn 18‑21% of the price of each home cleaned. Typical earnings $14‑19 per hour, depending on number and type of homes. Paid weekly.
Work schedule:
Monday‑Friday, approximately 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Company car and gas card provided. Eligible for PTO after one year.
- Clean homes to Molly Maid’s standards, ensuring thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Work as part of a team; avoid job‑hopping; arrive on time.
- Take initiative and go above and beyond to earn recognition.
- Pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
- Have reliable transportation to job sites.
- Past habit of job‑hopping or lack of teamwork not acceptable.
- Strong sense of reliability and punctuality.
- Commission‑based earnings, with potential to reach $19/hr.
- Company car and gas card.
- PTO after one year of employment.
