As a Level One Technician, you will provide accurate, efficient service to customers by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy‑duty trucks and trailers in a professional and accommodating manner.

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on providing great service where the expectations of the customer are exceeded
• Have extensive knowledge of the products we sell and the services we provide
• Diagnose wear conditions and, together with TSA or Manager, make recommendations to customers
• Complete repairs within their capabilities and as written
• Understand Truck Service Standard Services and specialized customer programs
• Follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations caused by team members and/or customers

• A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team!
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Prior verifiable truck service experience preferred
• Heavy‑duty ASE certifications not required, but a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays in interior and exterior conditions
• A valid driver’s license

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour. The pay range reflects the potential pay for this role and may vary based on the responsibilities of the position, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.

In this role, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear.
