Apprenticeship Program

We are offering a 5‑day Work Trial beginning on June 8, 2026 or July 6, 2026 in Ashland, VA. This Work Trial is the first step toward a full 3‑ or 5‑year apprenticeship program that supports your high‑school diploma and further college coursework. Successful completion will lead to a full‑time Service Engineer position with full benefits.

During the Work Trial, you will earn $13 per hour. In Year 1, $15 per hour; in Year 2, $17 per hour. Tuition for a local community college is fully covered; assistance is available for 4‑year institutions.
