The Senior Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall management and effectiveness of the warehouse. Provide world-class operational support to ensure customer and internal business needs are met or exceeded consistently. Motivates the team to get the job done with teamwork and cooperation while developing staff and operational effectiveness.

- Engage Supervisors for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance maintenance
- Responsible for developing and growing the departmental leadership team, positioning the operation for high-growth potential.
- Act as a Leader within the department and organization. Primary point of contact for all Warehouse Operations Supervisors.
- Work cohesively with organizational Leadership members to ensure all business objectives are met.
- Monitors and assists Supervisors with all daily warehouse operations, including inbound freight, receiving purchase orders, stocking storage locations, vendor interaction, quality control, trouble-shooting inventory issues, and picking/packing/shipping of customer orders.
- Ensure work areas are safe, and that employees are following proper work procedures and protocols and administering corrective action when guidelines are not followed.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining daily work schedules (scheduling overtime, ending work shifts early if work volume dictates, etc) to ensure business needs are met.
- Maintain time and attendance data within the company timekeeping system. This includes editing employee punches when necessary and tracking attendance occurrences (late arrivals, unexcused absences, etc).
- Responds to emergencies in a managerial and technical capacity.
- Driving company and department initiatives and ensuring all key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
- Manage all facets of the Warehouse Management System to ensure data integrity and smooth, consistent operational processes.
- Constantly look for new and innovative ways to increase the effectiveness of labor and system resources—ability to design and implement lasting positive change.

Motivate staff and encourage growth of our team members. - Understand and lead the NSF preparation and audit needs.
- Knowledge of distribution center safety rules and regulations
- Serve as a Sanitation Supervisor, ensuring the facility is safe, clean, and secure at all times.
- Lead efforts and direction for all sanitization operations for facility, including:
- Outside contractor cleaning and pest control guidelines
- Internal sanitization and housekeeping practices
