Manufacturing Assembler

- Starting at $21-22.50 per hour. Join our manufacturing and production environment as a Technical Assistant to support Lutron's assembly and technical teams.

• Assemble custom products to meet the needs of worldwide customers.
• Learn and use the inventory management system to enter materials transactions.
• Perform light electrical and mechanical assembly operations.
• Work with supply chain and distribution teams to process customer orders.
• Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams on continuous improvements.

• Ability to work first shift (6:00AM - 2:30PM).
• Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to move to surrounding workstations and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.
• Ability to work safely, wear appropriate PPE, and follow safety procedures.

Starting pay: $21 - 22.50 per hour;
