Marathon Staffing is seeking General Labor Associates for a great entry-level opportunity in Bowling Green, VA. You will support lumber production by sorting, grading, and stacking lumber in a busy sawmill environment while keeping safety and quality a top priority.
This full-time role offers on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement into operator positions, and exposure to a range of production tasks. Candidates must be able to lift 40 pounds and work 10–12 hour shifts as needed.
