Option Care in Virginia is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to ensure patient safety and continuity of care. This role involves coordinating and providing direct patient care in home or infusion suites, following established physician plans.
The Infusion Nurse II will administer treatments, keep clear documentation, and educate patients about their care plans. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of nursing experience and an active RN license.
Travel is required up to 100% for patient visits, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
