Dash In is a community‑focused convenience store that is part of the Wills Group family with more than 50 locations across the Mid‑Atlantic. This role is located in Ashland, VA.

As a Kitchen Team Member / Prep Cook, you’ll be the culinary genius behind the scenes, crafting mouthwatering meals that leave our guests smiling.

  Interact with guests while prepping food, creating moments they’ll savor.
• Own the Tools
  :
  Operate kitchen equipment like a pro, from fryers to slicers, bringing every recipe to life.

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company‑paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

• Active Serv Safe certification or a similar qualification
• Tech‑savviness, including familiarity with POS software

For Part‑Time Employees:
