Online Order Filling associates are responsible for locating, preparing, packaging, and dispensing online orders, ensuring order accuracy before pickup. They handle product substitutions and consult with customers to ensure satisfaction. The role requires a fast‑paced environment and balancing online order fulfillment with in‑store customer assistance.

• Fill and dispense online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Shop for product selections such as produce, cereals, and other items to complete customer orders.
• Engage with customers during the dispensing process and address inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of store policies and product availability.
• Keep the work area stocked, clean, and safe.
• Manage time efficiently during peak periods, including evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.

• Friendly and customer‑service oriented, greeting customers with a smile.
• Ability to help customers find products and provide information.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25‑30 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions if required.
