Oversee daily operations of the used firearms business including buying, selling, and customer service;
Initiate all 4473 forms with customers and conduct final checks of applicable company, state, and federal forms prior to transfer;
Manage used firearm inventory and sourcing, including local auctions and estate sales;
Train Outfitters on acquiring and disposing of used firearms, current sales trends, policy updates, and negotiation skills;
Ensure compliance with Local, State, and Federal firearms regulations and conduct monthly ATF compliance audits
