Requirements

Minimum 3 years of technical or engineered sales experience
"Hunter" self-starter / works independently and thrives in developing new business

Demonstrated sales success with at least 2 years of consistent achievement

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent relevant industry experience)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels in an organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

Preferred

Industrial machinery sales experience

Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP systems
General knowledge of industrial and commercial steam system flow and controls and thermodynamics
Basic understanding of business accounting principles
Ability to multi-task

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead generation, development and closing
Consultative technical sales and customer relations
Proposal writing
Closing the sale
Consistent follow-up and organizational skills
Follow all company policies, procedures and safety requirements.
All other duties as assigned.
