The Camping Specialist helps customers get the most out of their RV by providing hands‑on walkthroughs and expert guidance. This role also supports customers in selecting the right parts and accessories to enhance their overall camping experience.

• Conduct professional and thorough RV delivery demonstrations that ensure customers understand the safe and proper operation of their RV.
• Educate customers on recommended accessories that enhance safety, usability, and the overall RV ownership experience.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate parts and accessories while delivering excellent customer service both in‑store and through service work orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked parts department that supports customer experience and sales.
• Provide customer service that supports the long‑term RV ownership experience and reinforces dealership brand standards.
• Maintain strong communication with Sales, Service, and Parts leadership to support efficient dealership operations and delivery readiness.
• Engage in a minimum of one (1) hour of weekly training related to RV systems, product knowledge, and/or manufacturer‑led training to ensure continued development and expertise.

• Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or parts sales is preferred.
• Experience in the RV industry, automotive, marine, powersports, or similar product‑based industries is preferred but not required.
• Experience explaining technical products or systems to customers in a clear and professional manner is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
