In this role, you’ll help homeowners recover after storms by identifying roof damage and guiding them through the restoration process..We are actively hiring motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career and take control of their earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform roof and exterior inspections following storm events
• Document damage and present findings to homeowners
• Generate leads through canvassing and referrals
• Assist homeowners in navigating insurance claims
• Obtain signed agreements for restoration services
• Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
• Coachable and motivated to learn
