Field Sales
- Outside Sales Associate(area to include Hanover, Tappahannock and Gloucester)
Schedule:
Monday
- Friday (Day Shift, Full Time)
Pay Rate: $60,000 plus commission + incentives

Providing exceptional service to current customer base while building new business relationships through shop and jobsite visits, over the phone, and through accurate order entry
Increasing sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional as well as new products
Working cooperatively with other team members, such as coordinating deliveries, communicating customer needs with associates, and other branch operations as needed
Following ethical standards and complying with company policies that ensure as safe, friendly, and team-oriented family culture
Required Skills:
Outstanding organizational and communication skills; ability to multi-task; ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Computer literacy. Ability to use Microsoft Office, as well as proficiency in order entry processes using our Epicor Solar Eclipse system, VAMAC's intranet, or other systems as applicable
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms (i.e. in-person, phone, email, etc.)Ability to stand and walk for long duration, as well as lift up to 80 pounds2+ years experience within the industry is preferred (sales, plumbing, order entry)
