Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies for a technology-focused location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials where required, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or daily activity in accordance with site guidelines;
Support emergency response activities, including following post orders, assisting with controlled access during events, and relaying information to appropriate personnel and/or first responders;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observed activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed
