Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
* Basic plumbing knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
* Valid driver's license required
* Candidates must be over 21
Your Role:
* Assist plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems
* Support installation of water heaters, sinks, toilets, tubs, and other plumbing fixtures
* Help assemble, secure, and test plumbing components for leaks or defects
* Clean and prepare work areas, including removing debris and organizing tools
* Load and unload materials, ensuring proper storage and handling
* Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard‑free workspace
* Assist with reading and interpreting blueprints or installation instructions
* Perform basic maintenance tasks such as tightening fittings or replacing simple parts
* Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
