What You'll Do
- Installation & Repair: Handle wiring, outlets, lighting, and panels for both residential and commercial clients.
- Service Upgrades: Perform panel upgrades and circuit installations.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical issues in the field and implement safe, effective NEC-compliant solutions.
- Commercial Work: Run conduit and maintain commercial equipment, including transformers and emergency lighting.
- Customer Service: Communicate clearly with homeowners and site managers regarding repairs and solutions.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Must hold an Active Virginia Journeyman Electrician license (DPOR).
- Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Experience: Proven experience in residential and/or commercial electrical environments.
- Compliance: Ability to maintain safe work practices (PPE and lockout/tagout).
- Requirements: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
