Master Electrician
Our client, a leading provider of electrical services supporting residential and commercial projects, is seeking a Master Electrician to join their team. As a Master Electrician, you will be part of the electrical operations supporting the Richmond region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety.
Location:
Ashland, VA
Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000
Shift: 1st shift
What's the Job?- Lead day-to-day electrical service operations across residential and commercial projects
- Supervise electricians, journeymen, and apprentices in the field
- Serve as the Qualifying Individual (QI) for the company's Virginia electrical license
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Virginia building codes
- Coordinate inspections including rough-in, trench, and final inspections
- Active Virginia Master Electrician License (DPOR)
- Ability to serve as the company's Qualifying Individual (QI)
- Minimum 8 years electrical experience, including residential and commercial work
- Prior experience supervising electricians or electrical crews
- Strong working knowledge of NEC and Virginia code requirements
- Company vehicle provided for use during the workday (dispatched from shop)
