Hercules Fence, a leader in perimeter security and commercial fencing solutions, is seeking hardworking and reliable Fence Installers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career with a respected company that values quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and dedication.
As a Fence Installer, you will work on a variety of fencing projects—from chain link and ornamental iron to wood, vinyl, and high-security systems. This is a physically active, hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in a job well done.
What You’ll Do:
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment for transport to job sites
- Install fences to specification, ensuring quality, durability, and safety
- Dig post holes using hand tools or power augers
- Set and align posts securely in concrete
- Attach fencing materials (chain link, panels, rails, etc.) with precision
- Operate basic power tools and equipment (saws, drills, grinders, levels)
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, or work instructions
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with foremen
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in fence installation, construction, or general labor (preferred)
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Ability to pass a background check (required for certain projects)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
