Skilled Laborer
Engage in various construction labor tasks related to precast concrete production and installation. Perform duties involving concrete preparation, pouring, finishing, and general labor activities such as material handling and site cleanup. Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient project completion and maintain a safe work environment.
Responsibilities- Perform construction labor tasks for precast concrete production and installation.
- Handle concrete labor duties including preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete.
- Carry out general labor activities such as material handling, site cleanup, and basic maintenance.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials, tools, and equipment as required.
- Assist machine operators to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
- Operate or assist in operating machinery and equipment under appropriate guidance.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and accurately for carpentry, concrete, and general construction tasks.
- Support carpentry tasks by building, assembling, or installing forms and structures.
- Assist with landscaping duties and maintain a clean work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Experience in construction labor and concrete work.
- Proficiency in operating machinery and assisting in the production process.
- Skill in using hand and power tools for carpentry and general construction.
- Ability to accurately use tape measures.
- Experience in general labor and landscaping duties.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Knowledge in carpentry and concrete handling.

Job Type & LocationThis is a contract position based out of Ashland, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
